Windsor

At Welford & Wickham, Year 5 & 6 are taught together in Windsor Class. The class teacher is Mrs Kilding. During the week they are also taught by Mr Waller, Mrs Salisbury and Mrs Myers so that they can have specialist subject teaching for PE, computing, languages and music. Mrs Miller supports us throughout the week, ensuring that all the children are getting the most from the curriculum.

At the top of the school, we take on roles of responsibility as House and Sports captains and as members of the school council. We continue to develop as independent learners and thinkers. We make links across the curriculum and ground our learning in real life situations so that it makes sense to us and is relevant to the way we live now as well as preparing us for the future.
